A Day to Remember
As our first tournament playing together as a Watford team, we really grew throughout the day. A couple of players had not played alongside each other before, but we quickly adapted, built strong communication, and worked well as a unit. Throughout the day, we put in an excellent performance that showed just how much potential this team has moving forward.
A massive congrats to Reuben for earning Player of the Day.
Off the court, it was also a great day of connection—catching up with other clubs, sharing tips, and being part of the ever-supportive Goalball UK community.
We’re hugely grateful to Goalball UK for putting on such a well-organised and enjoyable tournament, and to all the supporters, volunteers, and coaches who helped make the day a success.
Looking Ahead
The experience from this tournament will only strengthen us as we move forward. With lessons learned, goals set, and confidence boosted, we’re excited to take the next step in our journey.
